This ball bearing set is for the Tamiya Semi-Truck series of R/C vehicles. The set can be used in place of the kit standard metal bearings to decrease drivetrain friction/noise and facilitate longer running time.

The 1150 is a common bearing used throughout the RC car models mainly wheel bearings,
