Website and phoned orders are all processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on the day the order and payment is received. Dispatch cannot be guaranteed on the day of order if the order is received after 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Tracking numbers are provided once the Courier company has collected.

New Zealand Postal Rural addresses website is used as the criteria for rural addresses.
Orders are dispatched our preferred Courier supply company. For specific courier requirements please email your request and we will quote accordingly. Post Office Box deliveries are dispatched by NZ Post (we are currently finding extended delivery times for New Zealand Post).
Spray Cans of Paint
Any orders which include cans of spray paint may only be placed by persons over the age of 18 years.
Dangerous Goods Shipping of aerosol (spray) cans of paint may incur a courier surcharge levy which will be added by some Courier companies and these charges may apply if you are electing to use a Courier company of your choice.
We are guided by our Courier companies as to the expected delivery times and for various reasons and for various times of the year, i.e. leading up to Christmas we find these delivery times to be challenged and often not achieved. While late deliveries are beyond our control we will do whatever we can to track and advise of your package delivery. Small courier packages
South Island – overnight (Rural delivery 2 day service)
North Island – overnight main centres, 2 days for other destinations, plus one day for Rural Delivery Larger Packages Two to three days for most destinations. The above are a guide and are based on expected delivery dates as supplied by the Courier companies.
Shipping / Returns
Mr Models Limited is committed to providing quality products to our customers. Any faulty products must be returned to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt and under the Consumers Guarantee Act we have the right to rectify any fault or problem and/or at our discretion negotiate a refund in either part or full.
