Description
Ian “Pete” Geoghegan, (26 April 1939 – 15 November 2003) was an Australian race car driver, known for a quick wit and natural driving skills. He was a five-time winner of the Australian Touring Car Championship (ATCC).
Geoghegan drove this 1965 Mustang in the 1966 ATCC. For the 1966 ATCC, Geoghegan upgraded his Cortina to a Ford Mustang and took pole position and the race win at the Mount Panorama circuit.
